When people ask Questions that are Google-able

Wanna be clear here. If it’s a deep rooted topic, or someone’s trying to get alternative opinions, that’s not what I’m talking about.

Was witnessing a dialogue over a forum, and someone asked “how many pounds in 52 kilograms?”

Shit like that. I wanna just be like “in the exact same span of time it took you to ask that question, you coulda gone to google, or just pressed that button on your phone and asked the magic voice.

I’ve always been a proponent of “teach a man to fish.”

I think I just find it infuriating that knowledge has been more accessible in the last decade or so than it ever has been in the history of mankind, and yet somehow people are still too stupid and/or lazy to use the most insanely convenient tool to do their own research. Think it’s one of my biggest pet peeves, alongside people who think it’s fun to linger in restaurants 20 minutes after they’ve closed.

Edit:

Some of y’all are talking about AI / sponsorship bias.

Tf?

Premise of the post is googling simple conversions. How do you get there 😂
