Help with quality and difficult colleagues in the lab

Hi guys! In my workspace I tend to find myself struggling with certain type of tasks because there is a lack of information and guidelines on how to do things (for example using the lab LIS, in fact I never received any training, just straight up learned from copying what other where doing). Also that force me to rely a bit too much on my supervisor (and I’m sure that she would prefer to do other things). Problem is that we have one microbiologist with enough experience and other three microbiologist that are fairly new, and do not have enough experience, therefore they too rely a bit too much on my supervisor. Another problem is that she tends to put down my colleagues whenever they try to take initiative probably because she want to be in control and always be right. I would like to have written guidelines on how to work (and therefore more quality) and would like a bit more humility in the workplace because we are all on the same boat but I seem to be the only one that have courage to step in and talk. Any advice?
