One Way Doors

About two months ago, my store changed our entry/exit doors to one way only. I heard that all stores were ordered to do this by corporate? Is this true? The lack of signage on the doors to reflect the change is agitating to both employees and customers. Corporate hasn't answered emails about possible signage, and won't let us make signs in-house. The front desk employees have to tell at least 50 people a day to go out the exit instead of the entrance. Not to mention, I have had several customers yell at me since they couldn't enter through the exit.
