How come nobody ever tried to clone Shepard.

Yes i know, cloning is illegal in Council space.

How that would probably not stop some mad scientist in the Terminus systems from trying to build and army of Shepard clones.

And its not like Shepard is not spreading their genetic material every chance they get...
