How would the Kang Dynasty have played out if it actually happened?

I rewatched Ant-Man Quantumania again tonight and was curious if Jonathan Majors was a better human and didn’t ruin things, what would the story be for the future of the MCU? Do you feel cheated out of a better production? I know with RDJ being Doom now it is a pivot to try and recoup some next level greatness, but am kind of curious how this all would have played out if he were still in the cards.
