Anyone else experiencing heavy rubber banding when playing Spiderman?

So I don't see anyone talk about this often so I thought I'd ask, Is anyone else experiencing rubber banding when playing Spidey? Sometimes when swinging/web-zipping really fast, I would get teleported back to my original position. This bug has gotten me killed so many times and I feel like its not talked about enough.

And yes, my internet is stable. My ping is also good (40-80ping).
