Why am I getting hate as a Peni Parker main?

I have pretty much mastered the basics and some advanced techniques with Peni Parker. I can attack, I can defend and hold most nasty angles. Resulting in most of the time MVP status.

However everytime I play Peni and we're not playing well. While the DPS overextend or just don't stay on the lockdown spots they blame me. Not the other tank, not the healer just me.

I have made my fair share of mistakes and sometimes I get that I was absolutely shit. Now going out of Plat with most of my games on Peni Parker. I feel annoyed because I don't see the blame put on other tanks most of the time. Is it just me? Or is Peni easy to hate?
