Apartments on the westside

Hi! A friend of mine will be moving to Madison in the spring, and has narrowed down his choices to West Madison due to proximity to work and shopping centers. Does anyone have any opinions (good and bad) about the following apartments:

--Watts Hill Apartments

--Reserve at High Point

--Junction Ridge

--Tuscany on Pleasant View

He is only considering studios/1b under $1700/month. Appreciate any feedback you may have!
