Nasal sores every time I’m sick

I’m sick with whatever Godforsaken stomach virus is going around. But before I started reenacting the tilt-a-whirl scene from the Sandlot, my nose flared up hard with nasal sores and my fingers split at the cuticles. My face rash goes wild too. I know it’s a pseudo flare, as my nmo nerve pain and eye pain goes haywire too, but damn it sucks.

This norovirus is already atrocious for the general public…I’m a wreck.

What do y’all do to ease the nasal sores pain? Also any tips of the finger/cuticle splitting pain?
