Getting the run around

Long story- 2 out 3 items ordered for my daughters Christmas came with security tags attached. We live 2 hours away from a store and one item was out of stock so we couldn’t send them back to get new ones. I have chatted and called 5 times. They have promised e-gift cards and even a full refund for dealing with all this bs, and I STILL have yet to receive anything from them. I check my inbox and junk folders religiously and NOTHING. I know it’s not the end of the world but it’s really ticking me off 😂. Any advice or I do I just let it go?
