Hit rock bottom, gained it all back, stopped working out (TW: binges, SI, depression)

Basically the title.... my body is the only thing that made me happy and I lost it all....got very depresswd and used food to cope.

I want to get it back by summer, I know its possible if I dial my diet back in and follow a good strength training program. (and I own many) and add a couple runs per week. It's easy but it's "simple". I have all the knowledge because I used to train my friends and it was my whole life before.

I just dont have the motivation or discipline to do it. I'm looking for someone I can go through this journey with. Commit ourselves so that we have progressed and done a lot of work to get ready for the summer. If you have mental health issues and we can help each other in that way too pls hmu<3
