Skinny fat 20 year old. Need advice

As title states.

Im 20 years old. I now weigh 66kg and am 175cm. I lost about 6 kgs in 1.5 months (was 72kgs first) but I can't seem to get rid of more.

Almost all weight and fat is stored in my stomach area. Stomach and love handles sadly some slight manboobs.

I want to lose weight mostly to get rid of it. I look alright with a shirt on but I look awful without a shirt.

I can easily fast for 3-4 days or be on a calorie deficit (that's how I lost 6kgs). I don't eat junk food, don't drink soda or alcohol and I eat healthy. I am a student so I do sit way to much IMO.

My parents have a rowing machine somewhere and I was thinking of using it. But I have read it's pretty useless for losing weight or gaining muscle. The gyms close to me are quite expensive like 45-50 euro's a month (i'm a almost broke student so that is like 1/3 of what I earn with my partime job).

I am considering buying adjustable weights instead because they are a 60-70 euros one time purchase.

Any recommendations or training guides?
