gained 6 pounds in a week???

i literally changed really nothing about my routine besides taking yogurt probiotics everyday. i work out 5 times a week so pilaties 3 times a week and eat around maintenance everyday. like im actually really stumped this time like what. no crazy uptick in hunger nothing.

i’m genuinely trying to figure out what caused this. i track my calories down every single day for like a year now and i pretty much eat the same things everyday? one other new thing i did were steroid injections for chronic back pain but that’s it. i don’t remember over eating anything just my regular routine. can anyone explain?
