Progress and Plateau

Started at 245 lbs last year and got down to 199 in late february!!! People at work notice, I’ve started getting compliments, AND I was able to fit into an old highschool shirt. It’s felt so damn good…But for the last month I fell off, barely counted calories, ate pretty bad junk food, and didn’t exercise. I know it’s all in my head, but I’m unsure how to get over it, I’m so proud of what I’ve done, but I know I have more work to do. I haven’t weighed myself at all the last few weeks, terrified I’m above 200 again.

So I decided to lock in. I signed up for a 5k in a few weeks and already paid so I have to go. I don’t know if the anticipation will get me over this hump, but I’m going to try!
