Scope Opinion
I just acquired this Seekins PH2 in 6.5 PRC. My father in law has a business partner with a gun store. He informed me I had store credit to pick out a rifle as long as I kept it under x amount of dollars. So I’m in this for next to nothing. I say this only to justify that I don’t have the biggest budget for glass at the moment. I can’t afford a Leica,NF, S&B or Kahles right now.
Im looking at the Match Pro ED to top this rifle. Budget is about $800. Is this optic the best I can afford at this price point?
This is for back country western hunting, as well as long range target shooting time to time. I’m not competing whatsoever, but I enjoy target shooting as far as possible. But effectiveness/tracking/precision on game matters most to me.
Looking for FFP optic with nice clarity and decent weight around $800.
