Radical Body Acceptance Resources

I'm pretty new here-- I was just diagnosed last month. Something my doctor told me has been rolling around in my mind though as I've been reading through posts here. She said that many of her patients arrive at her clinic with eating disorders. I feel like I'm seeing that and more reflected in a lot of the posts here: obsession over what/ how to eat with the ultimate goal of finding a way to lose weight; comments about how "bad" or "good" your legs or other parts of your body are (psst...they're neither); deep worry and concern about "getting bigger"; comments about how "good" or "bad" your BMI is (pssst...it's neither here too... BMI is a completely useless measure)...

I really worry that this type of talk is leading folks to make rash decisions about their treatment that aren't in service of their long-term well-being. Given that, I'm wondering if we can pin some resources to help address the mental and emotional side of lipedema. What content-- books, podcasts, videos-- have folks accessed in the past to help them with radical body acceptance? Do you have recommendations for eating disorder resources (particularly low cost resources)? For general mental health resources? Are there virtual or in-person groups that specifically focus on the mental and emotional side of lipedema?

I know these have been mentioned in other posts before, but I think it would be helpful to have to have a constant reference. Feel free to copy and paste previous posts...
