Quit after 3 days

My PCP started me out on 10mg and boy the heart pounding and racing has made me throw my hands up. How long does this linger around for? I’m 48 hours out from not taking it and I still have the racing heart and pounding and super crazy dreams. Didn’t have this before. I’ve never been on any medication before.
