How to keep a sketch made with graphite pencil from smearing on mix media paper?
I know the best solution would be to just switch the paper, but I use multiple techniques such as alcohol markers and acrylic markers often in the same drawing and that paper seems to work best for both of them. So is there any way to keep the sketch clean before I start coloring? When I color with acrylic markers I don't erase the pencil sketch at all, I paint/color over the sketch and do the line art last.
