Help! Roadmap for becoming a Ai Specialist

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some help as I’m starting my journey to become Ai Specialist - I’m bit embarrassed to write this but I’m doing this for my future. I’m 27 and living in Uk, I didn’t really had any prior academic knowledge as I wasn’t fortunate enough to go to high suchool. I lived as a monk for 10 years and moved from Nepal to UK around 2016. I went to learn english and learned about computers but as I had to live here, I had to make money to get by so started to work in carehomes, hotels and washing dishes. I wanted to learn so much yet, life got in the way. learning how the world works and learning English, I lost my ambition and don’t really know how to navigate life. The monk life has taught me many things, I’m calm and not many things affect me. But as I see the years go by, I’m seeing myself as a failure without accomplishing Anything. I’m pushing myself to get back in studying and trying to work less so i can focus. I want to be an Ai specialist and hoping I can use that skill to in Medicine somehow and contribute Meaningfully.

I’ve been trying to find a roadmap and learn about Computer science in general and specialise in Ai department. Not sure if I’m making sense and my writing is good enough, I‘m hoping it is. If anyone can recommend or help mentor me on becoming an Ai specialist it would be a dream come true. I would love any recommendation on how to start on this journey and hopefully make some friends along the way. Thank you for reading this post and thank you all for your help In advance.
