Service Ev system update / Bricked 2018 Leaf

My 2018 Nissan Leaf SV (40 kwh) has gotten the dreaded service ev system and is completely bricked. I can't charge the car at all.

Leaf Spy pulled two DTCs:

** P31E7 000B Restart inhibition EVC-310

** P0AA6 1A08 Hybrid battery sys isolation fault EVC-157

It has currently run ~193,000 KM and I am located in Ontario, Canada.

I took it to my local dealership (Ontario, Canada), and after removing the battery and diagnosing, they claim there is one bad cell/module that is triggering the error.

Based on research in this subreddit and how prevalent this issue is, this seems plausible. However, my leafspy readings (attached), it does not appear that I have a weak cell/module (I am likely reading it wrong).

The dealership is charging ~CAD $5000 for module/cell replacement or around CAD $13K for a new battery (however there is no guarantee when the battery will be delivered and the full amount has to be paid upfront, absurd).

The car is worth nothing and getting a new (or used) 40 kwh battery that is likely to have the same issue makes no sense
I am thinking of upgrading to a used a 62 kwh battery for $CAD~9500$ (with 1 year warranty) but still unsure if it is worth it. I drive around 30K KM a year so the gas savings are significant when owning a EV car.
