Not really. It’s very easy to learn another language. I know some people who have learned 5+ languages and they barely spent any time on them. I myself know how to speak Latin (like every other intellectual/ aspiring intellectual) and I don’t think I spent that much time practicing it.

Ipso facto, this is not that big of an accomplishment per se, as the man in the video probably spent a few months at best learning those specific phrases, thereby making him very fluent. If I was fluent in a language, I would not feel nervous speaking in it, and so this would not be a difficult experience.
