New to keto. Question about dessert.
So, I only just started trying to get my weight/health under control. Literally started Monday. I have a sweet tooth that will likely lead to diabetes, which is a big part of my desire to reign this all in. I usually have no willpower whatsoever, but by the grace of God, I seem to be able to turn down everything that has come my way. However, my wife tends to stock our freezer with a box or two of Outshine bars (fruit/veggie popsicles) for our kids, and I was looking at the nutritional content and did not see anything overly bad with them. They average around 6 carbs but no sugar, so taking that into account, if I am under my carb consumption for the day, is this a decent dessert/sweet treat to "indulge" every once and a while?
