i need help with diet

guys im just starting keto and i have some doubts regarding my diet ive tired google but to no avail im scared of asking here since i dont know posting rules can someone please help me out with my diet i just need to confirm if it is right or not any help would be appreciated

breakfast-3 eggs with 2tbs butter and broccoli and a bulletproof coffee

lunch-150 grams of grilled chicken with 2tbs of olive oil

evening - 3 eggs with 2tbs olive oil

dinner- stir fried veggies in 2tbs olive oil

also i am working out 2 time a day any help would be appreciated im sorry if im breaking any rules as i am new to this sub im obese and really looking to cut down pls help sorry for bad formatting
