SHOULD I BUY THIS??

Hey everyone, I just checked out a 2007 Honda Civic VTEC today, and I’m unsure if I should buy it or not. I don’t know much about cars, but I noticed there’s a bit of oil smudge on the engine it might be a minor oil leak.

The car seems fine otherwise, but I’m not sure if this is a dealbreaker or something that can be fixed easily. For those with experience, what would you recommend? Should I go for it, or should I walk away? Any advice would be appreciated!
