Converting Revenant Relics to GP

So I’ve had 70M in relics sat in my bank for 6 months, and it’s coming to the time where I might actually have to convert them for skilling cash.

Is there a safe way to do convert them into cash?

I can almost certainly imagine me going into the Wildy with 70M of relics and getting fingered by a braindead pker.
