Slow local wifi network on Download

Hi all, i am using iphone 13 and tplink archer ax23 (support wifi 6).

I am curious why my local download speed is so slow compared to my local upload speed. This does not happen on my android device.

Is my phone having issue or does my router is not supported for iphone?
