At a work retreat

I am at a two week work retreat (weekend off) with approximately 400 plus people. We are divided into 25 people per cohort class on various topics.

We are together all day, with the exception of breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have 90 minutes free in the evening.

I have my own room.

I arrive promptly on time. I leave the minute break starts or when class is over.

I choose odd meal times and select the most isolated table in the corner with my body facing backwards.

I have done my best to avoid humans and small talk. But still people come talk to me ugh!

What else can I do? I suggested to the host at the meals we need extreme introvert tables. She laughed.
