Lost my grandma yesterday and my exams start from today

Final prof mbbs, she had a dvt that embolised causing pe. She was bed ridden since the past 8-9 years and used to pray for death everyday. She recently suffered hyper filtration induced fsgs as she had only one working kidney. She was in intense pain since the past 3 years or so. I know her pain has been relieved. I can’t sit alone and nothing feels normal. I lost my grand father 5 days before my 1st prof exams. I cry out of no where. What do i do
