does your college have less than 33 percent of female classmates

disclaimer - i asked this question for research purpose kindly don't start debates on sexism misogyny and reservation in the comments

now I wondered that some states in india implement reservation for girls while some do not but in states where reservation for girls is not implemented the percentage of female classmates already exceeds 33.3 percent or 50 percent (in my college it's 56 percent) so just for curiousity is there any state where female participation is already low and the govt has not implemented reservation yet
