TVS Ronin: An interesting case study

It’s been 2 years since I’ve bought my TVS Ronin. It was one of the very first deliveries in Chennai back then.

Fast forward, 25k km and multiple 2.5k km circuits, I would say, this is one of the very best beginner friendly city and touring bikes in the current market.

The cons I’ve found with the bike is, 1. Seating discomfort: Long touring might give a lower back pain. But the solution to this is an air seat. 2. Rear pillion space: The rear seat although comfortable, with luggage around can be a little uncomfortable at times. 3. The lack of higher gear: The bike feels buttersmooth at 80-90 kmph. Go anything above and it slowly starts to struggle. Should’ve designed to cruise at 110 kmph.
4. Useless features: Although the TVS product is packed with features on navigation, one rarely uses it because it is simply inconvenient.

Really hope TVS can work on this amazing product. So much potential in it.
