Saw a female scooty rider panic over nothing and crash

So during a city ride I saw this. A woman was riding a scooty pep and she also had a pillion. Me(on bike) and another person on an activa were right behind her.

We saw that a truck was getting on the road. It was coming out from it's yard and merging into the main road. The truck was coming out from the left side of the road.

We saw it and slowed down and truck was in motion so it simply merged in the main road we did not have to stop our vehicles for it to pass. It was pretty simple.

But this woman panicked and could not control her vehicle. She could not slow it down and tried to to keep going by going behind the truck and then going to main road. Now right behind the truck, there was soil. She could not ride it over there and then she just fell. She and the pillion were on the ground, fallen on their right side. Luckily it was still away from the main road, or else they would have hit the road.

The worst part is, this woman had the audacity of yelling at the truck driver, saying it was his fault, while clearly she was wrong. The truck driver had left, she was yelling about him to the person who was assisting the truck driver.

She was wearing high heels while riding the scooty and both of them did not have helmets. Had she fallen on a stone or on the road, her head would have had some serious injuries. I ride on city roads daily, and I have seen that female drivers freak out or panic very quickly. Maybe the confidence will build up with experience, but why won't people just put on a proper helmet and get some decent shoes? How are heels/slippers gonna help on road while riding a two-wheeler?
