Who is the stronger goalkeeper?

On the one hand we have Zagomel:

He stopped, using Electrotrap, s1 Gouenji using Maximum Fire chained with s2 Fubuki’s Wolf Legend. Given it’s a chain shot, and that Gouenji was s1 in power, this chained shot should be weaker than Crossfire at end of s2.

Then God Cannon scored by itself, making it a shot likely at the level of at least low-end s3 (Gouenji using Bakunetsu Screw, or Aphrodi using God Break). This is a minimum level though. Also needs to be said that I’m not saying Bakunetsu Screw is stronger than Maximum Fire, but that S3 Gouenji using Bakunetsu Screw > S1 Gouenji using Maximum Fire. The involvement of the power of the player is underrated: for example Gouenji using Fire Tornado (weak hissatsu) mid s2 scored on a decent gk hissatsu, due to his physical capabilities).

Chaining God Cannon and Odin Sword was then stopped by High Voltage. This is a massive feat, since it combines a mid-tier S3 hissatsu with a low-end S3 hissatsu. This should be at the very least equivalent to something like Tiger Storm or Unicorn Boost in my opinion. However this is considering God Cannon ~ Bakunetsu Screw (conservative), so being more generous the chained shot could be even higher.

On the other we have Astaroth:

He stopped Crossfire Kai with The End V2. Crossfire Kai is likely stronger than Tiger Storm, or at least relative. He was then scored by Grand Fire G2. In the end, Grand Fire G2 was chained with Odin Sword, to surpass The End V3. Although this doesn’t mean such a powerful shot was needed, it seems the narrative implication is that The End V3 > Grand Fire G2 > The End V2.

So the best feat for Zagomel is stopping God Cannon + Odin Sword, whereas for Astaroth it’s being able to stop (only if you assume the narrative premise is correct) Grand Fire G2 + Odin Sword. If you don’t accept the premise, then his best feat is stopping Crossfire Kai.
