How th do y’all keep your composure sometimes when you race

I’ve been on I racing for abt 7-10 months and it’s been amazing but my main issue is that I always let little stuff or people intentionally wreck me piss me off for I always try to keep it in and not do anything abt it but it’s really difficult for me and a switch flips in my head i know it isn’t good and I know that’s why I get protested but it’s sooo frustrating. I know this will keep holding me back so any advice from you guys?
