Is 36Gb of RAM enough for iOS development?

I'm currently using an Intel-based Mac with 16 GB of RAM, but it's been having issues for about a year. Now, I'm looking to replace my Mac, and I'm unsure if 36 GB of RAM will be enough. Right now, I think it should be, but I'm concerned about whether it will still be sufficient in the coming years. Upgrading to 64 or 96 GB would require moving to the Max line of the Apple Silicon, which seems excessive for my needs and is much more expensive. What do you recommend?
