Sports book data app

I created an app that aggregates sports books, odds, and presents the best odd with the expected value of each bet. It was rejected due to simulated gambling, but it is just a data aggregation app and there is no exchange of money (other than a subscription).

Do you think this app is not going to get through or working with the review team it would be able to get worked out?
