Hospitalist Compensation

Hello

I am a hospitalist working in a community 900 bed hospital in southeast.

24 weeks of work in a year with 2 weeks of paid vacation.

22 weeks of rounding with 2 weeks of admission shifts during night/days.

open ICU with me as attending, consults for management of vent etc.

average census of 20 patients.

Have to start rounding at 7 am sharp and can leave after work done.

Base salary of 225K plus 10$ per RVU from first RVU plus 15K quality incentive, comes to around 225k plus 55k (for 5500rvu) plus 15k=295K.

Am I being compensated fairly?
