Breakthrough gain from researcher should be much higher

Let's say u already own everything in tech tree, u need researcher to gain breakthrough, and researcher need 100 pp to get it, if you can get 1%/day breakthrough u need 300 days for SP that consume 3 breakthrough, it's 1 year+ at that poin and mostly just waiting breakthrough. Also don't forget most SP also take around 6-12 months to complete it's 2 years now.
