Could you help me identify Dusk?

Heya! This is my hamster Dusk, an absolute meme boy. I've always thought that he was a Syrian, but he's probably half the size of one.

Does anyone know what breed/coat, if he is a Syrian hamster and if it's normal for a Syrian hamster to be this small?

I got him at a local pet store quite awhile ago, but never thought to find out till I saw a Syrian in the same pet store and realized that he was a little bit too small
