11....

So I went to the ER today as my right arm was killing me thinking I dmg it somehow. Barely move it up or down or pick anything up. After 4 hours in the ER they came back and said it is gout and it is at an 11 and moved to my arm...... So I guess chicken rice and coffee for me for the next few months.
