Replacing your dopamine: suggestions
Hi there,
Working on healthier ways to get my dopamine this year. No more dating apps and new relationships that fizzle out once the excitement is over, no more hours of listening to music and day dreaming, no more binge eating take out or TV shows while I bed rot. However, how do I survive this transition. I am working on being more physically active but I can’t do too much having been an unemployed couch potato for over the last 6 months. (I have a job lined up, waiting for the legal paperwork to come through until I can start it)
