Games that allow me to access my crow instinct?

So I'm very into games like Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and Hydroneer. Sure story and all that is great and whatever, but my biggest reason for liking these games is because they allow me to run around, collect pretty, shiny things, then put them all in a pile to look at like a crow.

But since games don't really use the ability to hoard massive amounts of stuff as a marketing tactic, I haver a hard time finding a new game to scratch that itch.

To be clear, i want a game that allows me to pile things like jewelry, coins, gold, gems, unique items, and other valuables IN A PILE IN MY HOME. Not just loot collecting like in Borderlands where it just sits in my inventory, invisible unless I look at it. Any suggestions?
