Games with best ambient weather (preferably Dark Fantasy)

Hi, there've been only a few games I can remember, where the weather created a mood that totally sucked me in, for example Gothic, Hexen II or Dragons Dogma. They perfectly nailed the rough cold atmosphere of the dark 80ies fantasy movies and I totally enjoy this atmosphere. In most games I don't mind about the weather, since it mostly just "fits" but doesn't create an ambience by it's own. For example the hot sunny weather in Red Dead Redemption feels like a Sergio Leone, while 2 is "just" beautifully impressive (in my opinion). Of course the games above can't compete technically with most games but I just love their mood so much more than most similar games. Do you know further games where the atmosphere of the weather impressed you?
