Question about the multiplayer trophies

The trophies I’m wondering about are For Honor!, A reservist and Active Duty.

Can I do these trophies against the AI or do I have to do these against real people?

For example take Active Duty. You need to manually deploy troops in 50 different turns. Will this count if I complete matches against the AI?
