Why wont certain players faces load from the face pack?

Whatever I seem to do Shaqueel van Persie's face doesn't load into the game from the facepack even if I put different ones into my face file. Is this a licencing issue or some strange error? Anyone had this with any of their players? It's really annoying as he's a great player for me and I really want him to have a face in the game.
