Specific ask - Best price/quality dish in Sydney? (Examples included)

I am a value guy - doesn't mean cheap, just means I like the price/quality mix to be just right. Generally speaking anything over $30 for a dish/meal isn't going to deliver that (because a local place run by immigrants won't be so expensive usually - normally that's reserved for fine dining).

Some examples I like:

  • Marrickville pork roll; it's not the best or cheapest pork roll, but it is very good, the sauces they use are excellent, and the quality is very consistent. I would rate this as a good quality/price ratio

  • Emporers cream bun things; I'm a mild fan, but again the price to quality ratio for this is high.

  • At the old Hunter Connection, there was a Thai place on the far wall when you'd walk in from George St; they did the BEST pad kee Mao I've ever had. Other dishes were good, but the PKM was insane. Like $12 I think?

  • The Naughty Chef Vietnamese underneath 255 George St (NAB Building?) was the same for their vermicelli bowl with pork

  • De Vita pizza in Manly, cooked by Italians in a woodfire pizza oven brought over from Naples

  • Costco hotdog + drink for $1.49; the hotdog is actually really, really good

  • Burger Head at Penrith, the first time I had this it blew my mind. Insanely good burgers

  • hand pulled noodles in China town, the one with the fake leaves on the wall inside. The braised eggplant from here is to die for. (Edit: this one https://maps.app.goo.gl/ExaNuMkmajKdPKpHA)
