Planning on proposing to my girlfriend in Florence; any suggestions as to where I should do this?

Ciao a tutti. As the title says. Any tips welcomed. We land in Pisa and will stay at a hotel in Florence from wednesday to friday night. I wanted it to be special so this is quite spontaneous hahah.

EDIT: To add to why I want to do it in Florence; it was one of the stops on our round trip in Italy last year, and we ate at this memorable Risotteria (Risotteria Melotti Firenze), and we had great fun the whole day. I dont wish to do it in the restaurant as I would like some place more private, but that is our connection to the city for those wondering.
