My workaround for weighting goals by difficulty

I've been getting more ambitious with my goals on Finch lately, and it's felt amazing except for one thing: every goal is worth the same amount of stones. I like getting credit for getting out of bed (keeps me from bed rot!) and having my routines on Finch makes me stick to them much more, but it hits different when I'm also using the app for things like launching a huge project at work. Having routines weighted the same as projects makes it feel like they're all just to-dos on a list instead of moments to celebrate my wins.

So I started adding multipliers for hard goals. First of all, I like having a moment to really think about how many "times a day" it is for me. Cleaning the fridge is like 20 making my beds, and I "complete" some of it as I work on it, which allows me to give myself credit for making progress even if I can't finish it all that day. It felt amazing to give myself 100x goals for completing a huge, intimidating project, and it allowed me to have a larger moment to celebrate instead of feeling like I've just checked something off a list.

It's been a game-changer for me and when I told my Finch IRLs they also found it really motivating, so I'm sharing here in case other people have wanted something along these lines!! (Sorry if this is totally obvious/common practice and doesn't need to be shared... my Niles is still a lil teen and we are learning!) (Also if this feels like farming then please remove, that's not my intention... just a strategy I use for getting the most out of the app.) (I did try farming once and it messed up my stats and made me sad; this hits different, cheep!)
