How long into your agency/job did it take for you to get your first cash reward?

I’m 6 months in and my supervisor told me today she put in for a cash award for me for all my hard work on a project. I was a bit taken back but grateful. I left the private sector federal service and it was the best decision ever as I’m more relaxed and the work life/balance is amazing.
