Kobo Clara 2e Touch issues occur when detected by the computer.

I am encountering touch issues where in the touch screen registers multiple touch presses. I thought it happens randomly but I think the culprit is because of it being detected by the computer (not connected to access the files or sideload ebooks), then the touch screen creates multiple touches when I try to touch a specific button or typing on the keyboard. And it persists even when it is disconnected (not ejected since it was not connected to access the files of the reader) from the computer.

It happened to a refurbished unit that I returned and got a brand new unit and still does the same. That cant be just of a coincidence.

I ask if any of you here who have a Clara 2e if it also happens to you when you your device is detected by the computer.

I haven't try a kindle but the the interface alone in the kobo is worth it but this issue twice in a row is frustrating.
