Are Mod List any good?

I´m planing on using a wabbajack mod list for Enderal and was wondering if they are any good. I´m a fan of mods and used some UI and texture mods for Enderal in the past but a 100+ list is another thing entirely. So any insight and/or opinions are welcome. Thanks
